On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed 71,000 appointment letters to the newly recruited candidates. PM addressed the people gathered at the Rozgar Mela through video conferencing on 23rd December 2024. This event was organized to bring zeal to youth by creating jobs and inspiring them to participate in the nation’s development.

PM Modi Focuses on Youth

In his address, PM Modi said that all of the government’s initiatives consider the youth at the center. All policies in the last decade, whether Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, Startup India, Digital India, or Standup India, have been made youth-centric. Youth as a whole, among all the beneficiaries, were most favored by the policies introduced by the government in its space sector and defense sector manufacturing.

Today, India has made it to the 2nd spot among countries manufacturing mobiles across the world. The country has touched new heights and young talent needs to be nurtured to drive this nation forward.

Previously, language used to become a hurdle in the lives of rural, Dalit, backward, and tribal youth in their education. The government has decided that anything should be learned and examined in the mother tongue. The government has also provided the youth with an option to write the recruitment examinations in 13 languages.
