Twenty-one years after the demise of actress Soundarya in a plane crash, Mohan Babu found himself entangled in a case about the late actress, whereby a complaint was lodged against him that states that he occupied the land belonging to the actress. However, the husband of the late actress, GS Raghu, has now offered a new statement on the matter, which has diverted the case’s direction.

Soundarya’s husband, GS Raghu, labeled the accusations against Mohan Babu baseless. For the past few days, he said, false news about Mohan Babu and his property has been circulated. He denied those charges, claiming that Mohan Babu had never seized his wife’s property illegally. He even dared to say that, according to his knowledge, there was no such transaction.

In connection with the actress’s death, a complaint has been filed, where Tollywood actor Mohan Babu has been accused of seizing the actress’s land. Reportedly, there was an ongoing land dispute between the actress and Mohan Babu, wherein the complainant stated that Mohan Babu wanted to buy six acres of land in Jalpalli from Soundarya and her brother, but they declined to sell.

South Indian actress Soundarya, who made her mark for Hindi film audiences with the film ‘Sooryavansham’, died in a plane crash on April 17, 2004. As reported, the actress and her brother were headed to Karimnagar for a political event related to the BJP and the Telugu Desam Party. At that time, both died in the plane crash. Also, according to sources, she was then pregnant.
